Milaron Re:Form
Safety and Anti-Scam Guide
Last updated: 27 September 2026
Most sales on Re:Form are safe, but second-hand marketplaces attract scams. Follow this.
For buyers
- Inspect in person if possible. Test the carriage, springs, ropes, footbar and wheels. Check for rust, cracks, and unusual noises. Second-hand reformers have no warranty from Milaron.
- Don't pay before you see it. Never pay a deposit via gift cards, crypto, or wire transfer. If you cannot inspect, ask for a live video.
- Keep chat on Re:Form. We hide contact details and can review messages for moderation. Scammers will ask you to move to WhatsApp/SMS quickly - be cautious.
- Heavy item safety. Reformers are 60-150kg. Use 2 people, lift with legs, use a trolley. Wear closed shoes. Milaron is not liable for injury during collection.
- Too good to be true? It usually is. Check market prices.
For sellers
- Don't share bank logins. Never share codes sent to your email.
- Meet safely. If Buyer collects, meet at your building lobby or garage where possible. Tell someone your plans.
- Proof of ownership. Be ready to show original purchase receipt if asked.
If something feels wrong, report it in-app or email contact@milaron.com.au with the listing link and screenshots. If you have been scammed, contact your bank and ReportCyber at cyber.gov.au
