Milaron Delivery - Terms of Service

1. Quote: Delivery is by quote only. Quotes are based on information you provide, such as suburbs, access, stairs and assembly needs. If access is different on the day, we may revise the fee or refuse collection. Quotes expire in 7 days.

2. Separate contract: The delivery contract is between Milaron and the person who accepts and pays for the quote (the “Delivery Customer”). The Buyer and Seller must both confirm via Re:Form that collection/delivery can proceed before we attend.

3. Preparation: You must ensure:

• a) item is accessible without risk to our team
• b) area is clear, item is empty, and any loose parts are secured
• c) you have told us about stairs, lifts, narrow access, or parking restrictions
• d) an adult is present for handover

4. What we don't do: We do not disassemble beyond basic legs, we do not service, repair, or warranty the reformer, and we do not move other furniture.

5. Risk and damage: Reformers are heavy, second-hand mechanical items. We take reasonable care, but:

• a) we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or faults
• b) we are not liable for damage caused by insufficient packaging or preparation by you, or by access issues you did not disclose
• c) our liability for loss or damage to the reformer during Milaron Delivery is limited to the delivery fee paid for that job, unless you have arranged separate transit insurance

We recommend you hold or arrange contents / transit insurance. We do not provide insurance unless expressly included in your written quote.

6. Cancellation: If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled window, no fee. If you cancel within 24 hours or we cannot access the item on arrival due to your fault, a $90 call-out fee applies.

7. Payment: Delivery fees are payable to Milaron as set out in the quote. Delivery fees are separate from the price Buyer pays Seller for the reformer. Milaron does not handle payment for the reformer.

8. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
